Where to extract the file?
I mean the path????

The CS-Cart we provide here is CS-Cart Multivendor Ultimate, the upgrade package you downloaded is compatible only with that version.

This means that if you are upgrading an existing CS-Cart Multivendor installation it will not work. You need CS-Cart Multivendor Ultimate for this to work.
