- Enhanced countdown timer logic to respect user group permission.
- User group-specific countdown timer time now overrides the global option unless explicitly set to "Unlimited" (-1) or left unset.
- Default fallback behavior ensures the global option is used when no valid user group value is provided.
- Corrected a typo in a phrase on the Download Limits Overview page.
- Added a missing phrase to provide clear feedback for users without a daily download limit.
- Corrected behavior on Download page to ensure the button for "Limits Overview" is hidden when the feature is disabled.
- Updated "Quick Info Tab Bar" functionality to handle cases where "Limits Overview" is disabled, preventing permission error when interacting with links.
